Blossom Aesthetics Cancellation Policy At Blossom Aesthetics, we’re committed to providing a calm, welcoming space where every client can bloom. To keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure the highest quality of service, we kindly ask that all clients review the cancellation guidelines below. 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement All appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. This courtesy allows us to offer your spot to another client and helps our studio operate efficiently. Non-Refundable Booking Fee/ Deposit A non-refundable fee is required for all scheduled appointments. This fee secures your booking and covers the preparation of materials and time reserved exclusively for you. It cannot be refunded, transferred, or applied to a future appointment. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future services. Rescheduling If your plans change, rescheduling is welcome as long as it is done 24 hours or more in advance.
